Training that fits

A plan for the week you actually have.

Practical nutrition

Habits you can use beyond a diet.

Someone in your corner

Support through the messy weeks, too.

Who I coach

You know the basics.
Sticking with them has been harder.

You used to train regularly. Then work got busier, stress built up, or your priorities changed. Weight crept on, and getting back into a routine became another thing to figure out.

I work with adults who recognize some of this:

  • You start strong, then one missed day turns into a week.
  • You know what to eat, but stressful days make it harder.
  • You keep measuring today against what you used to do.

How I coach

A plan is the start.
We keep working on it.

We build around your goals and what you can manage now. As your life changes, we adjust the plan together.

Training for your life now

A program built around your schedule and current ability. When a week gets busy, we work out what’s still manageable so you can keep going.

Nutrition you can use

We look at how you eat now and build habits that support your goals. That includes the rushed lunches, evening cravings, and meals out.

Honest, ongoing support

Weekly check-ins, video feedback, and a coach who pays attention. We talk through what worked, what got in the way, and what needs to change.

A little about me

I know what it’s like
to start again.

I’d been fit and active. Then stress, work, burnout, and drinking took over. I gained weight and stopped recognizing the person I saw in the mirror.

I kept telling myself I’d start again on Monday. What eventually helped was building habits I could repeat, then giving those habits time to add up.

That experience shapes how I coach. I’ll listen when things are hard, be honest about what needs to change, and help you find a next step you can follow through on.

You don’t have to be back in shape before you ask for help.
